H110 Terms — Complete Platform Usage Rules

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any service on the h110 platform, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and h110, outlining the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
These terms apply exclusively to adult residents within the territory of Bangladesh. To use the h110 platform, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform, and accounts found violating this will be closed immediately.

Account Creation & Security Rules
To register on h110, you must provide accurate and complete information—including your name, mobile number, and age. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a clear violation of these terms and may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Each user is allowed to open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — especially your password — completely confidential.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, immediately notify the h110 support team. h110 uses SSL encryption technology to protect your account, but is not liable for losses caused by user negligence.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
When using the h110 platform, every user is required to follow the rules below.
Authorized Use
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes
- Placing bets or playing games on your own account
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information
- Play within your financial limits
- Maintain courteous conduct with the support team
Prohibited Activities
- Creating accounts on behalf of others or using others’ information
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system
- Fraudulent behavior against other users
If involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, h110 reserves the right to suspend the related account(s) without notice and may report to authorities if necessary. The user will bear full legal responsibility for any illegal activities.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on h110 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and authorized bank transfers. Deposits through third parties or unauthorized methods are not accepted and may be rejected.
Withdrawals will be sent only to mobile banking or bank accounts registered under the user’s name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply, and funds may be withheld if identity verification is incomplete.
H110 reserves the right to review any transaction. Suspicious or unusual financial activity may result in temporary suspension for verification. Specific terms for bonuses or promotional offers will apply and be stated on their respective pages.
Limitation of Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
H110 services are provided “as is”. h110 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure platform operation. Services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues or problems with third-party providers.
Betting and gaming inherently involve financial risk. h110 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through platform participation. Users join voluntarily and at their own risk. Please consider your financial capacity before making any decisions.
H110’s total liability for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising through use of the platform shall under no circumstances exceed the total deposits made by the user in the last 30 days.
Account Policy — Suspension and Termination Provisions
H110 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.
Reasons for Temporary Suspension
- If identity verification is incomplete
- Under review for suspicious transactions
- User-requested restrictions
- During technical security reviews
Reasons for Permanent Closure
- If serious violations of Terms are proven
- If fraud or money laundering is proven
- Managing multiple accounts
- As directed by courts or regulatory authorities
Balance after account closure: If an account is closed due to violation of Terms, remaining balances may be forfeited. If closed at the user’s request, remaining funds will be refunded after verification.
Appeal Options: If you wish to appeal a suspended or closed account, please submit a written request to [email protected] within 30 days.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Provisions
All content on the h110 platform — including logos, designs, text, game interfaces, graphics, and software code — is protected intellectual property of h110 or its licensed partners. Users may use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes; reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is prohibited.
H110 may include content from third-party game providers. Intellectual property rights and terms of use for these games belong to the respective providers and may apply separately. h110 does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of third-party content.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
H110 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on this page and messages may be sent to registered mobile numbers. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between the parties will first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
